1.) Do not spam, "NOOO, WHY WAS I BANNED, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!!!!" or do anything like that.
2.) First off, give us your in-game name.
3.) Present your case in a formal manner.
4.) Tell us why we should unban or unmute you.
